📦 Return Requirements
All kits and components must be returned in full with original packaging, in like-new condition. Returns missing original packaging or components will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
ClinicPBM is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
⏰ Return Timing & Process
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns shipped after 30 days will be rejected.
Opened or used returns will incur a $50 restocking fee.
To avoid this fee, items must be unopened and in original vacuum-sealed packaging.
After submitting the return form, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number or sent to the wrong address are the customer’s responsibility.
💰 Refund Details
All international returns must ship to our U.S. return center. Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Orders refused by the carrier or returned to sender will have shipping costs deducted and may incur extra fees, with extended processing time (pending inspection).
ClinicPBM reserves the right to reject refunds for non-qualifying returns. Items held for 30 days without customer action will be discarded.

ClinicPBM is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed delivery due to customer modifications (e.g., address, shipping method) via the carrier.
Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned directly to the retailer.

- 30-Day Return Eligibility:Returns are only accepted for products with confirmed quality defects. Non-quality-related requests (e.g., personal preference, size mismatch) will not be approved.
- Quality Issue Definition:Covered issues include functional failures, component damage, manufacturing defects, or other defects originating from the product itself.
Who may use this limited warranty?
ClinicPBM warrantys the products against defects materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with the applicable instructions for use provided in the operating and service manual for the product during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, ClinicPBM will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
