Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our product up to 30 days after purchasing, we offer a full money back guarantee.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and also make sure that the merchandise is in very good condition. We understand that you need to use the device in order to try it, just please be careful, avoiding dings and scratches. The shipping cost for the return is at the cost of the customer.
Simply contact our Client Service team at support@clinicpbm.com to activate the return procedure . All returns must be pre-approved by ClinicPBM . Any orders returned without an authorization or shipped to the wrong address will be the customers responsibility.
We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us not approved for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@clinicpbm.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
